Ryan has been part of the team for nearly 7 years, originally starting with our Renovation and maintenance sister company, Simply Property Maintenance. A qualified Quantity Surveyor, Ryan has evolved his skill set in his time with the company to be the leading authority on sub division applications, project management and council relations. Promoted in March 2022, Ryan now overseas the companies projects, Council applications and sub division processes.

Richard has been involved with the company for 6 years. With over 30 years experience, Richard’s expertise and great relationships skills has meant Richard has become a very popular figure with our team and clients alike.

Chris joined our team over two years ago. His eye for detail and exacting expectations on the builds meant it was nit long before Chris was made our Quality Assurance lead. A popular member of the team, Chris is always looking to implement the latest materials and build techniques on our projects. A strong leader with a real passion for construction.

Previously part of the Platinum Homes sales team, Chris joined the team in 2021. Using his enthusiasm and previous experience, Chris has assisted us in improving our designs and clear, straight forward build contracts. Clients are always impressed with his working knowledge of planning requirements, Chris is the first point of contact for any sub division or build project the clients may have.
