We have recently released the new Miro Easy Living range of plans with stylish designs for single level homes and townhouses offering excellent living options to give you great functionality indoors and outdoors, without compromising on quality.
Architect Services
Our plans can be flipped or simply modified, customising them to better reflect your lifestyle or to suit your section. Our architect is experienced in residential design, renovations and construction of all kinds and will listen to your requirements to provide appropriate solutions to meet these.

House & Land Packages
There are currently a number of subdivisions in the Wellington region, so if you are looking for a suitable site, we work closely with real estate agents and may have sections available to meet your requirements.

Project Management
All Miro building projects are led by a dedicated Project Manager. They are your main contact person, lead the team and are with you throughout your home building journey. As a team we have extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction/building sectors, are up to date with NZ building standards, and have rigorous health and safety processes.
We use Buildertrend, a building construction management software programme which includes a personal customer page login. This allows our customers to have easy access to real-time progress information about their build, with activities, update photos, costs, and decisions all available from anywhere, at any time either on mobile app or computer. Everyone has the same information with this great communication support tool, and you’ll feel more engaged with the entire process, giving you greater peace of mind.
